How to join your session?
Joining your sessions are now easier than ever before through the Mindstrong app! You can access your session with just the tap of a button.
Below are some basic questions answered:
How do I find my Mindstrong app and join the session?
In your phone, please look for a blue - pink "brain" or a "bug" like icon that reads "Mindstrong" and tap on it.
Once in the app you will be on the home screen. You can join your session by clicking on "Join Now".
You can also join your session from "Sessions Details" screen or within your "Messaging Thread".

Our sessions can be phone based, video based. You will be able to see what the experience will be like for each one of those sessions by clicking on the links below.

Step by step instructions
Once in the app you will be on the home screen. You can join your session by clicking on "Join Now". You can also join your session from "Sessions Details" screen or within your "Messaging Thread".

Tap “Start video call” at the bottom of the screen. This will only be available at the time of your appointment
You’ll be taken to a waiting room until your clinician is ready and lets you in
Once your clinician lets you into the session, you will automatically be connected to visual and audio. And your session should begin!
