Self care involves taking the time to do the things you enjoy that re-energizes your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Follow these steps to create your self care plan today:

 

  1. Evaluate the positive ways you typically deal with stressors
  2. Identify areas in your life that need some extra care
  3. Brainstorm some self care activities 
  4. Create a list of people who you can talk to
